Class act guys. Sorry some tenants at 15 Park having issues. They were there before. I know how hard they trying to remedy all matters. They would not be able to the class A deals if not for a stellar reputation
Have lived in the building for two years. Yes, there is work going on to make the building better (putting in all new elevators/renovating hallways) but management is excellent and communicates and checks in on tenants regularly. And, the renovations look amazing— can’t wait to live here when they are completed! Thank you to management at 15 Park Row for making the experience impeccable even with work being done!
