Reached out to them regarding my Bosch stove, they were quick, responsive and came out shortly after to check the issue. They fixed it same day for a fair price and gave me some helpful tips of items to look out for. They also provide a 90 day warranty for parts and labor, which provides a bit of security and peace of mind. They're also a small business, which is a positive.

Very impressed with this company. When my fridge temperatures were fluctuating they came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the fan as being the issue, ordered the new part, and were ready to install it two business days later. After installation the temperatures at the top of the fridge were still high, so I called them back. Robert came out same day (on a weekend no less), adjusted the fan height, and now the whole fridge is a perfect uniform temperature. Problem solved. The pricing is very transparent and worth every penny. If you choose to have them repair, they'll apply the fee to diagnose toward the cost of the repair.
