Prices are steep (which is the only reason a star was knocked off); however, the repair is unmatched by any other shoemaker. Their restoration of a pair of women's shoes that can only be described as in shreds, with a missing heel, a hole instead of a sole, and stained and scratched suede was nothing short of miraculous. Yes, the shoes should have been thrown out (certainly not fit for donation!), but they were my daughter's favorite shoes. Turn-around is fast. I guess you get what you pay for, and Andrade is the best when you need a major repair and you need it soon.

I came to Andrade to have the zipper repaired on a leather backpack I bought last year. I was stressed about finding somewhere that could do this well, but they did a fantastic job and replaced it with a high quality zipper at a very fair price. The turnaround was also about 5 days which was wonderful. Will definitely come back with shoe or leather repair needs!

Went here to repair my old black leather boots. They were professional and were able to buff and polish the scuffs on the boot, trim the fraying leather around the zipper and re-sole both boots. They look great now, almost like new, and wasn't too expensive.
