Isabella was so sweet, nice, and pretty. She helped me from the moment I got there to ringing me up. They had a nice selection (in comparison to the availabilities online). Like most stores, it’s two stories (men side are downstairs). I also went on a Thursday at 3 PM (maybe they had more time to be personal and do one-on-one assistance). I bought shoes, clothes, and hair accessories.

The staff there were not friendly. I thought even the security was more friendly than the staff which is not right. The staff is supposed to help the customers. That's what they are there for but when I asked to try something on in another size, one of the girls who was helping me just looked annoyed. It sucks cuz this is the 5th ave branch. I would definitely go to another branch.

Used to be my favorite store, with smiley helpful uplifted friendly workers, like a year ago... Now the workers look/mannered grumpy, tired, cold, hard to approach, and I hardly feel the pleasant shopping experience there.
