This has to be the worst of any kind of business there is. They don't even rate 1 star. The worst phone service, customer service, and workers there who you have to wonder how they got hired in the first place. I could write on and on about each issue that they never correct, if anything, they get worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone, save yourself, just look for a 5 star home care services company because you need a service like this to be very good, not very bad.

Doesn't even deserve this one star. Their home health aides steal from their clients. Her aide Kierra stole $200 from my mom. My moms healthcare was through Allen and they sent this one young woman who was insensitive as fuck. She asked me in front of my mom (who was sick) when she was gonna die? You don't say shit like that in front of someone. Then Allen had a discrepancy with her pay sheet and I had to see her face again. Whatever you do, do not use this agency. It's the worst. Go somewhere else.
