I give Alden 10 stars - as a both cleaner and a tailor. Not only do they do great work, but their staff is absolutely amazing & kind & very knowledgable. They do all my dry cleaning and tailoring, but I will share a few specific stories here. 1. I brought in a bridesmaids dress for tailoring (thick material and a very ill fitting), it looked perfect once they finished. Brought it back for cleaning after the wedding and it was a mess. The bottom was completely stained from dirt and rain and down the front was pink cocktail. All completely gone after cleaning! 2. I have been using this cleaner since I moved to the Westside. I have been living in the City for more than 50 years.They are a pleasure to deal with and always have my clothes and my husbands ready on time and perfectly cleaned.They moved from Columbus Ave to 83rd off Columbus.

I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a laundry service asap. I was able to walk in and drop my stuff immediately and had it washed and folded by the next day. My clothes were fresh and perfectly folded with no issues from wash and dry.
