Genuinely the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredibly rude and dismissive; I’ve been snapped at, hung up on, blown off, etc. I would only go here as a last resort, but even then, you’d probably find a Google search more helpful than anyone at Academy Medical Care.

I do not recommend this medical practice for people with disabilities. It is not wheelchair accessible like they had claimed it was. First, The rooms and waiting area are close quarters. Second, all the clients are cramped up in a waiting area. Third, it is very crowded. Forth, it has steep ramp for walkers and wheelchair. Making it difficult to go in and out of the office.. Last but not least, you have to go through two close doors before you get to the waiting area. The wait is very long. I truly do not recommend this medical office.

A doctor like Acosta is incredible, working with such poor, very poor staff. In that place there is no administration, everyone does what they want, my body will never be in that place again. There are too many good medical centers.
