I had an issue where my key broke and got stuck in the lock itself. Abbey locksmith dispatch was extremely easy to work with. Within an hour their locksmith showed up and replaced the lock. All around great service, 100% reliable and respectful. Would recommend to any tenant or landlord.

Locksmith Bobby Kerr came to my apartment during a midnight emergency to help me drill open a door due to a broken and stuck lock. The job required a fair bit of drilling in order to remove the broken and stuck lock, and although expensive ($245), Mr. Kerr showed that he was an expert and worth every dime.

Jose from Abbey was just at our building and fixed a broken front door handle quickly. He had to run the unusual handle back to the shop because a piece had broken off inside. Still, the whole thing was done in less than an hour. A little pricey but they showed up early and got the job done fast. Would use again.
