My experience here at AA Nails Spa was absolutely terrible. My nail tech, for whatever reason, was in a hurry to do my nails, aggressively speeding through every step of the process. On top of that, while my nails were drying she rushed over to another client to begin her service. It was at this moment where I noticed her pointing at me and blaming me for her not being done sooner. The utter lack of professionalism and the downright disrespect was something that no client should ever have to feel.

Got there after two people getting manicured to get a manicure and a pedicure, I was finished before both of them ads the lady barely touched my hands and feet. Got charged almost double of the advertised priced on top of that. I doubt this person even knows how to perform a manicure or pedicure, looks like I only got badly applied nail polish which is basically what she did instead of two full services. Will not be coming back and I suggests you save your money and spend it somewhere else.

I went in for a manicure/ pedicure. I’ve never had worst service. My whole experience felt so rushed. My manicure chipped right away and even when she fixed it, it still chipped when I left the store. My pedicure was also not very relaxing! She kept rushing me. Other people in the salon who came before me had much longer pedicures! Here are some picture showcasing how disappointed I truly am. I’m not one to write bad reviews (you can see I barely write reviews but I have never been so disappointed!)
