“Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done.
