Usually go to this laundromat, close to home, clean and machines always available. I couldn’t get the app to work, I contacted the phone number posted for assistance to see if I was doing something wrong. Apparently spectrum was working on the WiFi unable to use the app at the moment (being able to use an app and not have to bring cash is a total plus!) Although I wasn’t able to use this location the owner instructed me of another location up the street and even made sure that there were machines available for use. I was still able to get my laundry done! Great customer service.
When the sign on the window say do your laundry in an hour, it’s true. Love that it’s open 24 hours is an absolute plus, as I’m out of the house early every morning. I can get my laundry done and move on to the next thing on my list for the day. Well lit. Love the automatic opening doors at the entrance.
I love washing well laundromats the app is amazing !! It is open 24 hours which is a huge life saver and i had a problem woth one of the dryers and the customer service i experienced was 10/10 thank you soo much !! If i could give 10 stars i would !
