Wilder my husband and I found the home of our dreams . . . . and Chrissy made the entire process absolutely SEAMLESS.This lovely lady knows E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G encompassing properties and had answers for all our questions; real-estate laws, taxes, home inspection criteria and she even Correctly answered my husbands plumbing and electrical questions. My wife Marie and I had Kim Chiapperino as our agent, and we could not have asked for a better agent. She was extremely responsible. Kim made us feel like family and guided us through every step of the process. We could not have found our home in Walden without Kim. She was the most important person in our lives for 6 weeks.
