“I have been a loyal customer since 2006. Eastern Pest has been exterminating my home throughout the spring and fall and I just recently hired them to continued service all year. Any problem that arises, I can contact Glenn (the owner) or the man that exterminates my home (Nick) and they return my call as soon as possible. Any problem, it is usually resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I use them for tick control and I honestly since using them have not found one tick on my children. I also had a major ant issue this past spring that was an ongoing issue and Nick was persistent with keeping up and following up with this issue till it was resolved. I honestly have to say that Glenn has personally contacted me and followed up with any issue that arises. I have been loyal for 13 years and I trust them. “We had an issue come up with the home inspection company the purchaser of our home was using identified that birds were making nests in our dryer vent. I immediately called the HOA management agent for a recommendation and she said to call Dan at Got Wildlife, saying "he is the best", her words. I reached out and Dan came out within a few days and not only cleaned out all of the residual nesting debris, but additionally installed covers over the vent allowing it to function, but keeping birds from finding their way in again.
