They demolished an existing enclosed porch and built a utility/mud room and bathroom in its place. Eric and his team did a fantastic job and were very easy to with. We had several setbacks from zoning issues, and they rolled with it despite the frustrations. Can't recommend highly enough.
I have been MelCar fans for years. They have done an incredible job dating back at least 15 years. They check off all the boxes and I am not usually that generous with my scorecard. After the first time I ever used them I was very pleased and always call when it requires more than my skill set.
Melcar completely redid our entire house when moving in. They were kind, affordable and did an amazing job!! They cleaned up every construction related item upon completion of the job and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Eric and the crew at Melcar for all of your construction needs!
