Hongs trained me into a black belt, showed me what i’m capable of, my perseverance and strength. Allowed me to meet incredible people and be taught by my loving and skilled masters. Knowing that i can defend myself in this world gives me peace of mind! I am blessed to have been able to train at Hongs because it has helped me grow into who i am today!

I have my child in this school and I love it. Discipline is excellent and the staff is great. my child is very happy. They teach them respect for everyone and much more. that is very important to me.

From Hong's Martial Arts School

Teaching the Korean traditional art of Tang Soo Do. Hong's has been teaching in the Hudson Valley for 50 years and for many more years to follow. Our goal is to teach all students to build confidence in themselves, proud to be who they are and to build a "Yes, I can!" attitude. At our New Windsor School location, we strive to teach discipline, confidence, self-esteem, structure, social skills and most importantly having student's and children understand that they can become the "best of the best" once they set their mind to it.
