On April 14,2024 I called Mr. Gersi on a Sunday he took my call and gave me a time in which he was on time , I explained my issue with my drier and less than 30 mins my drier was up and running with no issues . I highly recommend home appliance repair . I will surely call him again if need to. ?? 5 +++++++
Gersi was fantastic! In less than an hour he repaired two appliances. He replaced the pump on my dishwasher and the roller shaft on my dryer. He was fast, efficient and fairly priced. He also will warranty his work for a period of time!
I am on the Board of a small community and we had a broken washer and dryer in our laundry room that needed attention. GM was very responsive to my calls/texts and was able to give an accurate estimate over the phone for the repair. And, even though we were a bit further away than his normal service area, he was willing to make an exception to make the longer drive to help us out. He communicated arrival times and kept us updated on ETA etc. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue and fix it. The bill was the same as the estimate.
