“Initially Robert cleaned one large oriental rug that our dog had urinated on. He and his helper were actually early for the appointment and were efficient and friendly. After a few days there was still a urine smell although not as strong. I contacted Robert and he immediately responded saying he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. He came back very quickly and I re-cleaned and re-treated the rug for no charge. I had him clean another rug on our dining room and he turned the rug for us as well. Classic carpet cleaners are quick to respond and professional to deal with. Would recommend for sure.“
