Would highly recommend Sears Home Improvement for windows. Salesperson David Kenyon was professional and thorough with the in-home consultant and sales process. Windows came in on time and the installation team did a fantastic job and took Covid precautions seriously which we appreciated. Communicating with the office was a bit of a problem. I had to call several times and even had to call corporate to get project status. However, the installation team was very professional. They worked quietly, efficiently, respectfully. The cleaned up after themselves, not only at the end, but every step of the way. It's only been a couple of days, but so far so good on the windows.I did not know, however, that I would be responsible for protecting the trim with stain, paint or polyurethane. That should have been explained during the sales process.Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the installation so far.
