Amy at RB Fitness is the literal best! I’ve been training with her for about 2 months and it’s been bittersweet! She’s someone who pushes you and motivates you to keep aspiring toward your goal. She’s genuine and personable which is why I would recommend her to anyone who asks me where and who I work out with. I’ve never been consistent with my weight loss journey more than I am now because of the constant support from Amy. I have been training with Amy for the past few months on a weight loss journey. I have lost a total of 25lbs and am in much better health physically and mentally. Her sessions are always fun and she makes them interesting. Would highly recommend her for personal training!

I’ve been working with Amy at RB Fitness since July and it has been amazing! She is the perfect mix of motivation and positivity to keep me focused on my weight training goals. The sessions are creative and effectively aligned to what I want to work on. The space is comfortable and welcoming. I’ve seen and felt so much improvement in the past 3 months!
