I recently moved in to Greencroft and need a pair of pants tailored. So since it's close I said why not. The attendant quoted me 20 dollars I paid cash up front. I came to pick them up four days after they were scheduled. When the attendant gave me the pants they were on the counter not pressed , and seems to have been sitting on the counter since she completed alterations. I have never been so disgusted with the poor customer service. I asked her why weren't the pants on a hanger or in the protective plastic? She stated she would have to charge me more. I couldn't believe it.
