Came in due to a minor injury I sustained while at work, dirty sharp metal object in my foot. While I understand their explanation surrounding injuries at work and their inability to see me without a certain Workman’s Comp form, I don’t understand the abrupt nature of it all. I clarified I did not want to seek Workman’s Comp and just wanted a medical opinion on my foot. It was explained that regardless of that desire, a work place injury has a specific set of policies. Highly highly highly recommend this location! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They are efficient and with the save your spot option you are seen right at your time, they listen to your concerns and genuinely want to help you. 12 out of 10 for sure!
The good was that they were able to see me in relatively short order and gave me pretty good medical care. The bad is that they overcharged me for my co-pay by $75. When I discovered the mistake and came back later to get a refund, they were unable to do so at the site and referred me to company billing. Billing says it could take 30-45 business days (translation-- over two earth months). If you visit them, assume that they will overcharge you for the co-pay if you don't look at everything they are doing. After posting my review, no one reached out and as you can see they've tried to direct me to a website that I've visited which is literally useless. Beware.
