My family member was entrusted to New Rochelle Funeral Home, when I saw her on the day of the funeral, I was amazed at how beautiful she looked. Bigger is not always better and Peter has the best price in town, trust me on that I have done my research. Do not judge this place based on looks, just trust the process and Peter will deliver. I was very happy that all the family members felt the same. He answers you when you call and that is considered great customer service. Our funeral was on November 4, 2023. Thank you Peter! I find it interesting that my review will be the first review for this funeral home that provided outstanding services for a friend of mine who recently lost his wife. When one looks at this funeral home's webpage, or sees the physical location from outside, it doesn't automatically draw you in. However, when you send Peter Frisolone an email, leave a voicemail or contact him on the phone, he immediately gets back to you. The funeral home's website is pretty well laid out, and presents the various options for dealing with cremation or burial. If you have further questions, as I mentioned previously, Peter will answer your questions to the fullest. I accompanied my buddy during his visit to make arrangements with Peter, to ensure that a second set of eyes and ears were there to ensure that he (my buddy) wasn't taken advantage of. Folks, I have to admit that Peter was caring and professional from the beginning to the end. During the visit, Peter laid out all of the final disposition options that were available from his funeral home, and then allowed my buddy to make his own decisions. He made no attempt at expensive up-sells of services, or other pressuring sales tactics that I have experienced with funeral homes in the past. Peter availed himself 24 hours a day, is well-versed in the funeral business, and has established relationships with many if not all of the local hospitals. My buddy showed up, explained to Peter what his needs were, made his selection as to what level of services he wanted, paid Peter, and Peter took the ball and ran with it from there on. So, my overall assessment of this establishment is five-stars based on the factor of 'trust'.
