I made an order online this morning to be delivered today. It is after 9pm and the order has yet to arrive. I called the shop and no one answered. Left a message and still waiting. Hopefully tomorrow the arrangement will arrive.

Unfortunately this florist cannot be recommended by me. After seeing the arrangement that was sent I noticed it was not at all like the one pictured on the website. Roses were bruised on edges and container different than what was expected. Meant for a baby boy and received a solid blue glass container without a call to discuss changes. When I called to ask questions the woman told me to hold on and then hung up. After I called back it went to voicemail!! Not pleased with the service and wish I went to Google review before ordering.

My mother ordered flowers from Sutton for a birthday lunch. They were helpful in creating what she envisioned despite working via phone and email. My mother sent an example of what she wanted and Sutton was able to create beautiful arrangements within the budget given. Would definitely use them again!
