“I recently had the pleasure of meeting Barbara at Shear Pleasure Hair design, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Cynthia made me feel welcome and comfortable. She put me up with the owner, Barbara. With very little instructions she knew exactly what I wanted.

The haircut turned out amazing—better than I could have imagined. Barbara did an excellent job and her skills are truly impressive. She also provided helpful tips on how to maintain my new look at home and get the volume that she managed to so effortlessly put in.

Overall, Barbaras not only a talented stylist but also a wonderful person to chat with. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a worthfuk experience. I'll definitely be returning to then when I visit the city again.

“I was referred to this salon by a friend who has been a longtime client. I am so glad I tried it! Tony did the absolute perfect beachy highlights and cut. I have very fine, silky straight hair. Virginia did some touch-ups and she also did it perfectly and nothing got on my face/forehead. They had to wash my hair several times lol but it was squeaky clean and I can already tell it will grow out beautifully. They were also very kind and treated me like family. I am so happy I finally found a place in Westchester near my house, and don't need to cut my own hair anymore .“

“First time going and had a great experience. I was greeted by everyone on entry, asked what I wanted and was told a wait time. I appreciate the communication because prior to coming here, I went to my usual Nail spot up the street and they did not greet me or even acknowledge me and I ended up leaving after waiting at the other place for 25 minutes. My friend suggested I come here instead so I did.

Coming here was such a breath of fresh air.
Everyone was friendly and my pedicure was quick and she was gentle with my feet. The salon was also clean. I also really appreciate the nail tech helping me pick out a color for my nails and the price I paid was reasonable.

“I can only speak for my experience, I’m sure everyone else has their valid one. I did a wash and set, it does say 35+ upward. I paid 50 for Brastrap hair which I thought was much. But they said deep conditioner is included.

Johnny did my hair and she was exceptional and fast. I will be going back once the service remains the same. She was really that goood so at the price they gave me it was worth it !“
