The doctors, gave me awesome treatments and advice/exercises to do on my own… my back was a mess… I, avoided surgery and now, back to teaching martial arts (Head Instructor @ Mahopac Judo & Jujutsu club) & Working Out with Weights. Thanks to Main Chiropractor Team!!! They are absolutely Amazing!!!
