I have been coming to Janet for 8 years now. Prior to Janet, I had tried many salons but was never satisfied. On the first day I walked in Janet was extremely attentive and took time to understand the problems I was having with hair loss and thinning.From then till now, I am pleased with every service and leave every time with my hair looking beautiful! I have brought my family members as well and all of us always have a very positive experience. Janet and Jen are both super attentive, accommodating and always know how to address my concerns. I had a great experience at this salon today! I called earlier today and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. The staff on the phone was very friendly! When I arrived, everyone at the salon was also so sweet. Today I got my haircut by Jennifer, she was awesome. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my haircut looks amazing!
