let me start by saying as a female I sometimes find it difficult to deal with "contractors" but I liked Eddie from the start. I woke up to a flooded basement and I'm an extremely green homeowner (like 2 months in green). Within a half hour I heard the beep of what would be my salvation backing into the driveway. he was extremely efficient, explained EVERYTHING to me and had us up and running within hours. This guy is soooo nice he looked at another problem I had on the way out and offered to leave a box behind so my son could have a fort. He has a customer for life and I will sing his praises to anyone in need of a great plumber.
