“I took my Mom for her eye surgery & was pleasantly surprised after having read so many negative reviews. We received prompt, friendly service with a smile. She was told ahead of time the time to arrive to her appt. So she wouldn't have to wait too long & also advised to bring a sweater, as it gets cold inside. We did as instructed. We got there by 11:00 (in time, not early) & she was done with her surgery by 1:20-1:30. She was treated kindly & received quality care. She was given drops for after care & scheduled for follow up, which she received & has been fine. I gave the place a 4 only because the waiting area isn't too big & can get crowded, otherwise a good experience & no complications!“
