Came home from vacation Jan 11 to an ice cold house. Called several services and A-Team was only one that has someone intelligent answer the phone. Ian came out within an hour to help. He was courteous and professional, even when delivering the bad news that our furnace was dead.

Called Ian with a problem come over within the hour & fixed my problem. I was not even a contracted customer at the time. I am now. Ian is a real professional.
