I had many bags of clothes, bedding, pillows, previously stored clean in "premium vacuum" plastic bags in my storage unit. I am severely allergic to mildew/mold and chemicals odors to the point of becoming crippled by just a whiff — and when I opened the bags in my new home I was horrified! Most smelled of mildew. I knew if I washed them myself, I'd be in big trouble. I called New Paltz Express Laundry and spoke to Noel. She was so sweet and reassuring, saying they could sort, wash on the appropriate settings, (with their fragrance-free cleaning supplies or mine) and put them in fresh bags for me. She said, "Don't worry. Leave it to the experts!" Wow! So I filled my car and drove to town on a Friday afternoon, Noel carefully carried all the bags in for me, weighed them, and told me they'd be done in three days. To my surprise, when I returned a few hours later (I'd left my credit card which she had called me about), all of the laundry was done!!! She wanted to make sure it was done exactly as I needed it so got it all done right away! Then she loaded the heavy bags into my car for me. Many squeals of delight and hugs later, I arrived home with beautifully washed and folded enormous bags of clean laundry and a joyful warm heart from feeling so cared for! Incredible service. This was my first time at this establishment, so I cannot comment on the place or anyone else there yet, but I can say that Noel is a treasure and I will be back. ?✨?✨?
