We had an urgent need for a digger just a few days before Christmas. Krista the owner went above and beyond to get us what we needed on super short notice and made sure to communicate clearly with me on everything. When circumstances beyond her control caused a delivery delay, Krista immediately informed me of the issues and found another way to get us what we needed. She very reasonably could have made us wait but did everything possible to make it work. New Paltz Equipment really rose to the occasion and made the job worry-free.
