Absolutely Amazing Experience with Cici!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at JEMS Hair Salon! I had my appointment with Cici, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous going in, it was my first time ever putting dye in my hair, but Cici instantly put me at ease. She was kind, calm, and incredibly reassuring.
Halfway through, I started to get a little anxious again, but she was so sweet and understanding the entire time. She walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable and confident in what we were doing. In the end, the results were better than I ever imagined. I absolutely LOVE my hair!

I’ve have been going to JEM since 2017 and these ladies are truly “gems” in my life! Unbelievably talented stylists, so personable, professional, and perhaps most importantly… magical!
I’ve had cuts, color, and extensions on and off, and have loved it all! They’re really great at meeting their clients where they’re at, and whether it’s a trim, or a whole new look, the experience is just so enjoyable.
On a personal note, I have gone through cancer twice now and the care, compassion, empowerment, hope, confidence, sbd happiness I have received from putting my hair needs in their care has been one of the biggest gifts.
Taylor is an amazing hair dresser. She did wonders to my hair this time. I had a Brazilian Blow out and highlights. Taylor was able to get all the orange out from my lold highlights I had done by someone. I have been going to her for a many years. Followed her from rockland county all the way up to New Paltz. Thank you Taylor! You never disappoint…
