I call BS on Sylvia's explanation. She did no screening when I made my appointment. When I sat down and described the cut I wanted she said ok. Notice she didn't even address the fact that she was asleep when I arrived for my 2pm appointment and I had to knock for several minutes before she finally heard me? I love this place! The owner, Sylvia is a true artist. She gives me a feeling of priority. She takes her time and does it right. She is very detail oriented. She gives here clients sessions so she can focus on her clients the way they deserve. This is not Supercuts! If you want to treat yourself to an experience where you are pampered and made to look your best, come here! I will never get my hair cut anywhere else! I have been coming here exclusively since 2000 and even though I moved 6 hours away, I still come here once a month. That's how good Sylvia is!
