OMG Surya Brasil's Henna Hair Color is VEGAN. Yes a farm boy who grew up in Iowa loves Vegan Hair Color lol I would try the shampoo also. You can tell how natural the shampoo is because of the lack of bubbles (other company's use harmful chemicals to produce the bubbles). ALSO, it's cruelty free which is a huge deal for me!Service: Hair coloring

This is not a review of the store, but rather the corporate customer service of Surya Brasil henna company. I had a mishap with applying henna for the first time and called customer service for help. Once I got through, their customer attention was outstanding! I ended up having a lengthy phone conversation with the owner/founder, Ms. Angelon, in Brazil - such a lovely woman. I have been an owner before (and will be again soon). Caring about your customers, no matter what the business, is imperative. It can be difficult to get your employees on the same page.
