Orkin is wonderful, I have been having severe ant issues and they truly gave me a great price for exterminate services and got rid of the ants. Highly recommend you use their services.

I’ve had a termite contract with Orkin for 15 years now. I had left Terminix due to a ‘preventable’ bad experience. I never looked back, everyone that I have dealt with at Orkin has been knowledgeable and pleasant. Yesterday Yves Jean did the yearly inspection on my home. He was professional, intelligent and reassuring. The Orkin reps always explain what they’re doing and why. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a home.

Product works well, I think. Service is pretty terrible. Field staff are great. But sales person doesn’t flak to field office. Field office doesn’t pay attention to what the customer is saying when you call. Just a terrible set up.
Update: Field staff still great. After sales service apppointment people are also great in following up and setting appointments. Still working with them because they do make the process easier later in the relationship.
