Dr. Shpak was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind, in his emergency care of me today. He followed up with me by phone 2x regarding test results, treatment, and necessary referral. Very much appreciate his caring efforts and professionalism. So helpful to have these extended hours and x-ray nearby in same plaza. There was no wait, ease of appointment, and they were very protective of vulnerable patients regarding any contagions, and overall sterile practices and cleanliness. Thank you!

Not as in depth. But they do take your temp, BP, heart rate. Diagnose you base on your chart if you have your primary care doctor here at Prohealth. Also hours updated, not what they said on google. See picture for updated hours starting 8/1/23.

From Optum Extended Hours Center - Lake Success

An exclusive benefit for current Optum, formerly ProHEALTH, patients (adults and children of all ages), the Extended Hours Center is an extension of your primary care, family medicine or pediatric office when they are closed or you can’t get to them. The center is open 365 days/year, 7 days a week. Walk-in anytime you have an urgent medical need (non-life threatening) that cannot wait until the morning. No appointment is needed. We provide all primary-care and urgent care services and even offer on-site testing and treatment services. What’s even better is that your visit is billed as a primary care visit! Exclusively for current Optum primary care patients who have a Optum Primary Care, Pediatric or Ob-Gyn provider.
