Optum is not optimal!! Frustrating experience every time! Delayed prescriptions. Incorrect vaccine record ( MD stated I received a shingrix vax when I did not). Someone entered incorrect information in the Record!! Calls are a full time job-Got bounced from portal - unable to reach MD office ( on hold over 25 minutes) finally spoke to a "nurse " who had an serious attitude- she referred to blood tests results when the call was about medication. I no longer have confidence. I'll be leaving Optum!!

Not as in depth. But they do take your temp, BP, heart rate. Diagnose you base on your chart if you have your primary care doctor here at Prohealth. Also hours updated, not what they said on google. See picture for updated hours starting 8/1/23.

Supposed to be open until midnight... got here at 9:15, all door left unlocked an no one I the building. Not only a security issue but also no help for my sinus infection. All the notices on all the doors say they are open until midnight
