The PT staff is above and beyond! Maribelle and Ramon are excellent and caring professionals! The administrative staff is horrendous! Erica is an ineffective manager and allows her staff (Daria, Mohenie) to treat the patients with disrespect, yelling at them. They should be replaced. It’s a shame because the PT staff works so hard to help their patients.

Front office staff are not the friendliest but the doctor I see is knowledgable. It's helpful that the MRI can be done onsite, but the MRI desk staff are not helpful. In one week, I was 1. put on hold for close to 20 minutes, twice, 2. hung up on while being on hold, multiple times, 3. immediately put on hold when calling the prompt for MRI imaging, without any context and 4. not called back (after a week) from leaving a message for a call back - all to try and obtain a disc image. Very unprofessional. Would leave 1 star for all the attitude and unprofessionalism, but I like my doctor.

A couple of weeks ago, I had an appointment with Dr. David Rahimian, who provided a prescription for an MRI. I went for my appointment early Saturday morning. James, the technician, was very efficient and the procedure was very smooth. I was told that I would likely get the results within one-to-two business days. Didn't happen. Instead, I heard my phone ring at 9:00 that same Saturday night. It was Dr. Rahimian, who told me the results of my MRI were normal.
