Infusion room is very short of nursing ( I know this because the nurses were very verbal about it) the RNs are rushed and this leads to rushed IV starts and lack of observation by them. These nurses also are responsible for mixing drugs - cleaning chairs and preparing waste for pick up Prohealth can do better staff the room

On April 15th I was extremely stressed out and overwhelmed with insurance and billing problems due the incompetence with my own insurance company. Neela and her supervisor Denise responded promptly and put me at ease. They provided outstanding customer service that went above and beyond what I could have ever expected and resolved my problems completed. The whole staff demonstrated a level of care and compassion, as they have for years, that is rarely found these days. Marie S.
