I recently visited Massage Envy for a facial, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a calm and soothing atmosphere.
The facial itself was a delightful experience. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin type and concerns. They explained each step of the process, which included a variety of high-quality products tailored specifically for my skin needs. The gentle touch and expert techniques used during the facial made it not only effective but also incredibly relaxing.
I have been to many Massage Envy locations around the Los Angeles and New York City areas. This location is one of the best and my favorite location in New York. The managers know what they're doing and run the place well. This location is always very clean and the decor is at a high level. The receptionists are all nice and attentive. And of course the therapists are great! Since this is a popular location sometimes it's a little tough to get an appointment with a particular therapist.
