“I decided to give Immaculate a try after they were featured on 7 On Your Side with Nina Pineda on WABC NY. I was NOT disappointed!!! Thelma came to my home, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and she and her team came and cleaned my house from top to bottom. After a renovation, that type of a deep clean is needed, and they did a fantastic job. Ann in the office followed up with me and my calls.....all in all a great experience!! “Cindy and her team are fantastic. Very thorough and add extra touches that other companies dont, like cleaning inside the fridge, cleaning windows or oven. Theyre more expensive but the quality of service reflects the work done and we find that because they're so meticulous it stays cleaner longer. That is especially important to me because my partner has terrible allergies and gets sick as the house gets dirty. Cindy brings her team, inspects and directs them to what areas need extra attention (be it under a piece of furniture, along door moldings, etc) and then comes back when they're done to inspect again. She has them redo areas that are not yet up to her standards. She even ensures they clean and mop our entrance way between the screen door and front door, which is technically outside. And you can tell she cares about her clients. She even brings treats for our dogs and spends some time playing with them, which puts them at ease and I think makes it easier for her team to clean (less barking or rambunctious behavior). Plus she takes debit/credit card so no need to remember to take out cash (since many ppl dont carry cash anymore) or write a check unless you prefer.“

Molly Maids bring every single thing they need to clean your space. You just have to open the door! Our cleaners, Fran, Sandra and Theresa each tackled a different area of the house and were extremely thorough, paying attention to details, such as door knobs and baseboards and it was apparent that they took pride in their work. We have floor to ceiling mirrors in our dining area and they haven't looked this clean in 35 years! After completion, you have an opportunity to point out anything that you still need address.
