I visited this tanning salon for about a month. In the time that I visited I was able to achieve a dark tan within 2 weeks. I did not try sunless tanning at this location. All the ladies that checked me in were nice and helpful. The only issues I experienced within the month were: 2 of the days it was very hot within the salon (they may have had malfunction issue with the A/C) and for one of my sessions I had a blown bulb in my tanning bed. Overall I had a good experience and think it's the best one in the area. Thank you, Ladies!

This Zoom Tan is so clean and Heidi, at the front, is so efficient, courteous and professional. It is such a delight to see a business run so smoothly, with dedicated employees. Kudos to management for taking good care of your staff, they are keepers!

Absolutely LOVE coming to zoomtan in new Hartford!! The manager and her team are always so helpful, and welcoming! It is always so so clean and a very comfortable environment! 11/10 recommend!!
