Urgent Care at Slocum-Dickson

I was nervous coming here with all the low reviews, but I had a good experience at Urgent Care today. The wait was similar to any other urgent care I've been to. The people were perfectly kind and understanding, and the doc seemed to know his stuff. Got me what I needed in the short term as well as an appointment with a specialist in just a couple of weeks.

Knowledgeable & Excellent Drs. , service, & care. Staff is always friendly, passionate, & hardworking despite the random & stressful assortment of cases that come in daily! Even when understaffed they do great and are patient.*Those in the reviews stating it's unethical or odd to have to bring a medical insurance card/ID, you must be living under a rock; that's normal practice in private healthcare, or else we would be socialist and individuals wouldn't be held accountable. Not to mention it is to protect against a law suit if something happens under care! Health care should know who the person is lol.5/5 stars each time I've gone.... read full review

Timely and professional care. Nurse and physician were great. Breathing treatment and X-ray done with re evaluation very timely. Post visit instructions clear and concise . Would definitely use again if needed. Thank you!!
