Amanda & Lori (phlebotomists at the Business Park Dr Campus) were exceptional. My son has autism and was really struggling with having his blood drawn. They went above and beyond by singing to him & helping him with his grounding techniques. They took my lead and didn’t give up even though it was definitely not the easiest patient they had to work on today. They were so kind and really made a difficult situation better for my son & I.
Dr. Alexander Harris was incredibly professional and caring. My eye was very badly infected. I came in on a Thursday afternoon. He was so concerned and dedicated that he had me come in for treatment the following day (which was a holiday) and the day after (a Saturday) and for several other follow up appointments.My eye is back to normal thanks to him!
I went to Urgent Care and the doctor was personable and made me feel comfortable. I went to x-ray (a few times) and found out I had a fracture. From there I went to Orthopedic and received wonderful care by Heidi Roloson, PA. They put a fashionable boot on my leg and sent me for an MRI. It was amazing to have all services in one place and to receive excellent care in every location. It is important to note that I received all of this care IN ONE DAY, IN ONE LOCATION in a timely manner. I continue to go to Orthopedics.
