I’m glad they called to make it right thanks.<br><br>First couple visits were ok but it seemed they don’t have their appointment schedule worked out as they often try to move appointments or change appointment times last minute. Last week I made an appointment for 6pm. They left a message wanting me to move my appointment back about an hour as someone cancelled and I couldn’t do that because I was working. I didn’t get the message until I was already driving there and when I called them back they informed me that they cancelled my appointment and the provider went home already after I drove 45 minutes and paid a babysitter. They also tried to blame me and say that I didn’t respond to the confirmation text that they sent AN HOUR before the appointment. However I have a screenshot that shows that I did text back and confirm the appointment. Why wasn’t a conformation sent the day prior not an hour before? It seemed to me they just wanted to go home and didn’t want to do the appointment so they did what they wanted so they could leave. I made an appointment because that was the time I was available hence the appointment. I wrote an email explaining the situation and my frustration and nobody responded or called me back to discuss it or even reschedule. They don’t care about their customers just the bottom line. I wouldn’t recommend a company that doesn’t care about their customers and their customers needs especially with aesthetics. I spent a lot of money there and I was just another number.“
