I’ve been a customer of BAH for many years (20+) and am very satisfied with the care given to my pets. They are knowledgable, empathetic, and always friendly ... even through tough times. I’d never recommend another facility!

I have been taking my pets to Burrstone Animal Hospital for 25+ years and been very happy with the care. The employees are professional and pleasant. I never feel that my pet is just a number. I do appreciate that if I must bring in my pet for an injury or illness , I have been able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Most times, it has been the same day. Would not consider having my pets treated anywhere else.

I don't bring my dogs to this facility but I did call their emergency service last night after my dog ate the gel pack that comes inside a package of raw chicken. I was unsettled with the response my vet gave me and when I called here for a second opinion the gentleman answering the calls was very helpful. He got me a number to call of a place that would assist me, even though my dog was not seen there. Everything turned out fine for my pup thanks to the help I received. Thank you Burrstone!!!
