Mr. Cook did an excellent job altering my umpire pants. He took in the waist and shortened the length. He was courteous and understanding of my timely need. All around a fine experience. I will use his service again.
I left a pen open in my suit pocket. Completely left two large ink spots on the jacket and two smaller one on the pants. I knew it was time for a new suit. I took it to Daniel R. Cook laundry and four days later it is as good as new. They do a miraculous job.
This was the first time I have done business with these folks. They were fast, friendly both when dropping off my clothes and when picking them up. I also found there was plenty of parking. They except both credit cards and cash.
