“PVH has people who care...I want to thank Dr Bauer personally for just being "him" - I am a first time dog owner. Since Kaycie was 8 weeks old, he has guided me through this incredible dog journey. "Little things" like: rub your finger in her mouth with baby food so she gets used to your finger in her mouth. Now, at four years old, she allows me to brush her teeth with no problem. I can't tell you how much I trust his advice as well as the staff for their incredible knowledgeable and love for pets. “Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. And get this, despite the epic 45-minute to 1-hour car ride, we're all in, no complaints. The vets? Oh, they're like the cool kids at a puppy party, creating an atmosphere so warm and fuzzy, even my grandma wants to tag along for the checkups! Gratefully, she is not an alarmist, but instead, explains issues with the utmost care and understanding of the pet owner’s needs. Dr. Ghersini also communicates via email almost instantaneously which is so comforting when you are concerned about your pet. My 13 ½ and 11 ½ year old dogs run to her when she comes to our house! She is truly gifted in her knowledge, approach, and competency. You would be truly lucky to have Dr. Ghersini take care of your pets in your home, no less!“
