Maybe diff crew is sent out to new customers, not long term customers. Watching a guy riding the lawn mower with a cigarette hangin out of his mouth on soaked grass areas leaving mud, tire marks damaging the lawn (spreads fungus, etc). As the owner says, "oh well"- really? Is that truly part of the cost of doing business when you're hired to CARE for the lawn...? Not cost more to fix the damage you and your staff caused? Not to mention over 90% of ALL the curbs are damaged from your staff not using a ramp to go on and off the lawn....we should expect to pay for the damages you cause from that too?!
