Stylist: I had the most unpleasant nail salon experience ever at this place. My nail tech was rude and unfriendly from the beginning, didn’t ask if I wanted my nails clipped, instead she went in and clipped them super short. Still, I took it in stride and didn’t even comment. Then when I paid, I tipped 20%, which she said wasn’t enough and she wanted another dollar. I was mortified, I’ve never had someone ask for a higher than 20% tip before and she did it in a demanding, hostile way. All around, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t come back if you paid me. The vibe was awful, too. They were vacuuming and cleaning as I sat there.. not relaxing at all, not what I came for.

I am so pleased with the return of this nail salon, !! they have a full staff, that is experienced, with such a great attitude, and Customer Service, and did my nails exactly the way I asked for them, unlike the former owner! Whose manicurist were sleeping at their desks and very rude. I encourage you to go either back or as a new customer. They also offer their own parking which makes it so convenient

My nails came out horrible and my pedicure lasted maybe 5 minutes. Not relaxing. When I told the woman at the front desk how much she can add for a tip on my card she started arguing with me that I just tip 20% even after explaining a wasn’t happy with them. Finally I told her at this point I won’t be tipping at all I repeated 4 times to charge my card the 80 dollars and to give me my receipt so I can leave. She kept insisting I must tip 20% and handed me the receipt. I took the receipt (thinking it’s my copy) and put it in my bag.
