I am so pleased with the return of this nail salon, !! they have a full staff, that is experienced, with such a great attitude, and Customer Service, and did my nails exactly the way I asked for them, unlike the former owner! Whose manicurist were sleeping at their desks and very rude. I encourage you to go either back or as a new customer. They also offer their own parking which makes it so convenient

All of the nail technicians here have all done a very good job shaping my nails and they all work very quickly and I was always very pleased. However, I recently started paying closer attention and realized they trimmed my cuticles using cuticle cutters that were not cleaned or sterilized after being used on the client before me. This has happened with three different manicurists so I know it's not a one-time oversight. Today one of them was about to use unsterilized instruments for my manicure but then put them in the sterilizer only after she saw me pick up the cuticle trimmer and look closely at it to see nail dust and nail particles on it from the previous client. Apparently they do not properly train or supervise their technicians to make sure they follow state guidelines on instrument sterilization. It's very upsetting to know that unclean tools were used on me and makes me not want to return here.

Had a great experience with Angela, she did a lovely job. The "7 day nails" didn't hold up longer than about 2 days which was a bit disappointing but the experience was great. Very relaxed environment.
