Horrible company. Do not trust Richie the owner. Please make sure not to start work without contract and detailed pricing upfront. They tell you one price then expect you to pay way more at the end once the work is done. Not only that but all work is not done in compliance with the architectural design and work needs to be redone. And if you don’t pay they put a lien on your property and refuse to work with the architect and the town to get the CO. They are a total fraud. Just filed a Rockland County consumer complaint as well as in the process of suing the owner personally for fraud and extortion.
